Call ahead or register

Call or register your pet online before arriving so we can prepare. For a serious emergency, do not delay coming in. Bring any medications or recent test results.

Triage and assessment

A nurse assesses your pet on arrival. Patients are seen by urgency, so critically unwell pets are treated first. We keep you informed if there is a wait.

Treatment and next steps

The vet discusses tests, options and estimated costs before proceeding wherever possible. Payment is required at the time of treatment. We also accept Afterpay, VetPay and GapOnly.

If your pet needs to stay overnight

Some pets need a little extra care overnight, such as fluids, pain relief or monitoring. If your pet needs to stay with us, we’ll care for them through the night, ready for you to collect and take back to your regular vet in the morning.
